Maybe I am naive but I have this idea...
BRING FLOWERS TO THE NO KINGS MARCH on Saturday June 14th and hand them out to law enforcement. Show them we are on the same side...
Let's copy Portugal's Carnation Revolution from 1974. On 25 April of that year, the military took to the streets in Lisbon to take control back from a terrible dictator. The general population of Portugal joined in, demonstrating peacefully in the streets in order to oust the fascist government known as the Estado Novo. It worked and collapsed a dictatorship of 50 years... A waitress had the idea of handing out red carnations and decorating the military's weapons with them, hence the name Revolução dos Cravos.
What if we, who are taking to the streets this Saturday for NO KINGS DAY, ALL CAME WITH FLOWERS TOO--red carnations or any type of flower--and offered these to the police and troops sent in by our dictator. It will show that we protest in peace and it speaks directly to the false claim that we are violent protesters and insurrectionists...
Please share this with everyone and make it go viral!

Pleased to hear something positive on this day. If we could upload images I would send a flower.
